Build a Dream House...Then Plant a Tree...Then Share the Dream with Others
 
 

A state forester has pointed out
that if a tree is planted the day the Dream House is built,
in 20 to 25 years there will be enough lumber in that tree
to build two more Dream Houses.
 

The tree planting ritual gives young children
an opportunity to begin to understand the connection
between the wood in the Dream House and its natural source.
It also may provide for all involved the beginnings
of an environmental sensitivity so needed in today's world.

As of Spring 2002, 7500 small "Dream House" trees have
been disributed. The small trees have been donated and potted
for distribution by high school students.
